17Yo Moto Thief Gets a Good Hose-Down

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): On September 6, 2021, along Choam Chao Road, at a yard selling motor scooters near Cana City Market,in Khan Por Sen Chey, Pen Sros, male, 17 years old, was caught red-handed trying to steal a motorbike.
The owner saw the thief, screaming and chasing him. The youth was caught before he could get away, and was given a good hose down by the owner before being handed over to the authorities.

The suspect was taken to the 2nd Chao Chao Administrative Police Station for questioning to build a legal case against him.
