But Russey Keo has a history of fire. The area burns down about twice a year :roll: Some special guys must be living there.

That could be the reason:
"Camko City is an urban development zone being developed by a consortium spearheaded by World City Co., Ltd of South Korea in the Russey Keo district. It has a projected investment valued at $2.063 billion. This mix-use development zone will have residential and commercial areas including health facilities, sports complex, educational institutions, cultural and convention center."

As far as I know Camko City is one of those disaster developments that stalled a long time back.

Considering that there are five towers rusting away without being fitted out I doubt that anything new is being built. I remember when the fraudsters were building it they claimed that it was going to be occupied by Korean pensioners. That was a good one.
