Truck Drives into House to Avoid Oncoming Tuktuk

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): In the early morning of August 25, 2021, at the corner of Street 271 and 432, Sangkat Toul Tompoung 2, Khan Chamkar Moan, a Hyundai truck carrying vegetables, driven by an unidentified man, with a little child passenger, turned from street 271 into street 432, but was surprised by an incoming tuktuk. To avoid the collision, the truck driver swerved to the right and crashed into a shophouse, destroying a traffic sign and parts of the shophouse front yard, roof, and door. Fortunately, nobody was hurt in the accident.
