I had to look "offal" up: "the entrails and internal organs of an animal used as food."
Hope they destroy it before it starts to stink.

What makes it unfit for consumption? Obviously it not being refrigerated isn't a requirement

Pig guts, I guess? I don't deal with pig parts often enough to need to call them anything. But someday when I come across them, I'll know what to say.cautious colin wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 7:23 amOut of interest, what do you call it?techietraveller84 wrote: ↑Wed Jul 14, 2021 3:56 am I had to look "offal" up: "the entrails and internal organs...

The crocodiles being raised on croc farms dont care about the smell, but looks like they are going to miss out on their dinner for a few days.

More Illegal Pig Meat and Offal Seized
Cambodia News (Banteay Mean Chey Province): On August 14, 2021, in Santepheap village, Malai district, 1500 kilograms of frozen pork meat and intestines were smuggled from Thailand through the border to Battambang province in 30 sealed boxes transferred on a truck (Battambang 3A.2561).
After the authorities inspected the load, the truck drivers refused to take responsibility for these illegal food products claiming that they only delivered them from one destination to another, without knowing who was exactly responsible for them.
The suspects were detained for further investigation, as the delivery did not have any legal permission or paperwork from the authorities. According to the authorities, the suspects would face penalties, and the pork products were seized and will be destroyed later after lab testing for any harmful diseases.
