Car Falls Off Ferry and Sinks
Cambodia News, (Kandal province): Preliminary information says that at around 9am this morning, 15 August 2021, a white car driven by an unknown driver either fell off, or drove off, a ferry at Saeng Prek Small Market, in Kandal province, and sank into the river.
Fishermen helped to recover the car, and so far, there has been no report of death or serious injury.

Kandal: At 08:30 in the morning on August 15, 2021, a police officer drove a Highlander car carrying his wife and children, and he suddenly miscalculated and drove the car off the ferry into the Bassac River, causing severe damage to the car. Fortunately all the family managed to escape the sinking car with the help of local people.
