Pakistani Man Dies in Friend's Restaurant

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On August 10, 2021, at 9:30 pm on Street 15, 2 Village, Sangkat Phsar Chas, Khan Daun Penh, a 67-year-old Pakistani man named AHMED MUSTHTAQ was found dead in Indopak Halal Restaurant.

According to the owner of the restaurant, ABUBAKAR MUHAMMAD, the deceased was a friend who had been hospitalized in Calmette Hospital for hepatitis and was discharged on August 6, when he asked to stay with him at the restaurant for a while.
Unfortunately, on the day of the incident, his condition worsened and he passed away at 9:30 pm.

The police autopsy found that the victim died from liver cancer. The victim's body was kept at the Steung Mean Chey pagoda.
