Sending rolling tobacco and papers by Virak Buntham

Post by BiggersmilesInAsia »

Hey, I've just moved to a more rural spot. Does anyone know any suppliers/wholesalers that could send rolling tobacco and boxes of rolling papers, big and small, by Virak Buntham? It's the only option here.

Thanks all

Just be careful - i have bought counterfeit Drum tobacco in Phnom Penh more than once.
Black shag, probably from Indo. Uncured and harsher than just about anything else i have ever smoked.
Packaging looks real, but an older style. The real thing is also available.

Sorry OP, not smoking nowadays and right out of touch, so can't help you further.
good luck

Try Lucky Drink on Monivong : https://www.facebook.com/Lucky-Drink-Sh ... 1518973351

Reliable in my previous experience for sending stuff to the provinces, (but that was some time ago), and you should be able to find someone who will take your order in English. Call them and see what they say.

If Lucky Drink Shop don't have it, the best place is a stall on the edge of Central Market, south-west corner.
I have bought Golden Virginia from there many times and never had any issues. But Stern is correct that fake stuff is around. Bought some GV from a shop on 172 and I was told it was fake. No way of telling from the packaging.
Having said that, I asked a British guy about all trhis and he agreed the GV from 172 is probably fake but he smokes it all the time because he likes it.

Is Virak Buntham still/currently operating all of its former routes after the fire and loss of some 30 of its buses?

Come to that, is any bus company operating any of their normal routes?
