Homeless Man Found Dead in Russey Keo, Phnom Penh

Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): At around 7 am on August 9, 2021, a homeless person was seen lying bleeding with serious thigh injuries, but no one dared to help; this incident occurred near Ponhea Krek Primary School in Phsar Touch Village, Sangkat Toul Sangke 1, Khan Russey Keo, Phnom Penh.

According to sources from the scene, no one knows what caused the injuries, or whether the victim had been beaten up. He was seen lying down on the pavement by the road, and then later, at around 10:30am, he was found dead in an alleyway. RIP.
