Cambodia news in English! Here you'll find all the breaking news from Cambodia translated into English for our international readership and expat community to read and comment on. The majority of our news stories are gathered from the local Khmer newspapers, but we also bring you newsworthy media from Cambodia before you read them anywhere else. Because of the huge population of the capital city, most articles are from Phnom Penh, but Siem Reap, Sihanoukville, and Kampot often make the headlines as well. We report on all arrests and deaths of foreigners in Cambodia, and the details often come from the Cambodian police or local Khmer journalists. As an ASEAN news outlet, we also publish regional news and events from our neighboring countries. We also share local Khmer news stories that you won't find in English anywhere else. If you're looking for a certain article, you may use our site's search feature to find it quickly.

Firstly my deepest condolences to the family and friends for the loss of this beautiful young lady.
Then I want to see this callous bastard caught and prosecuted to the maximum the law permits.
Cambodia needs a change of law for example leaving the scene of an accident 5 years and 10 years for leaving the scene of a fatal accident there are so many hit and run accidents in Cambodia and the penalty for causing deaths and injuries increased across the board with the rich paying proportionally more. Life needs to been given a real value in Cambodia.
RIP young lady.

Running from a fatal traffic accident doesn't make it a "murder."

Stopping then helping from a traffic accident doesn't make it a murder.

Running away doesn't prove anything except cowardice and plausible responsability.

Never have driven a moped or motorcycle here. No way. If you can afford a car...... it might save your life.

On several levels the driver of the car drove into the back of her, prompt action could have saved her life, this driver has no conscious about other lives.
I call that murder. What would you call it if it was your family..Why are you evening saying this. Crawl back under your rock from which you came.
