Shared office space

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Try photo's, both internal and external including, "the best view in town".

Rent sought (not the "20% off" nonsense) and whether that's inclusive or subject to additional charges.

Exactly what you get for the rent other than a "desk". Use of canteen/kitchen? Use of a meeting room? Use of the plug sockets to boil a kettle?

Brief lease terms - e.g. any minimum term, any deposit required or on an 'easy in/easy out' basis.

In other words, give readers a proper idea what you are selling and how much it is, rather than just an opaque piece of marketing blurb. People should not have to phone up to get even the most basic information.

As you are getting free and unlimited advertising, including photo's, try being a bit more entrepreneurial and take full advantage of it.
