Vaccination proof / card

Post by Mr.November »

My wife got vaccinated and she received a vaccination paper like this:

We are going abroad and need an official vaccination card for her, something in English that will be accepted as a proof of vaccination in other countries.

She didn’t receive blue card.

Has anyone got any ideas?

Is "abroad" accepting Sino vaccine as a suitable jab?

Not as a requirement for entry, but as a proof of vaccination for use abroad. Some countries in Europe now want proof of vaccination to enter restaurants, participate in outdoor life in general, or to use services, and some others allow Sinovac inoculated people to skip quarantine, so we need to get this document sorted before leaving Cambodia. The paper she got will almost certainly be rejected as it's not understandable for anyone outside Cambodia. Please help to advise what would be the best course of action. Thanks!

Pyramid is the accepted translator for most embassies, if you cannot get the card in time I would go there personally. I have no idea if it would be accepted where you are going but certainly better than what you currently have

I got the same kind of "receipt/proof" and was told they'll call me in one to two weeks when the card is ready to be picked up.
That was now two weeks + ago, still no call.
