K440 were anything goes as long as it toes the party line!!!

If you have something so weird, strange or off-topic to post and think it doesn't belong in any other forum; you're probably right. Please put all your gormless, half-baked, inane, glaikit ideas in here. This might also be a place where we throw threads that appear elsewhere that don't belong ANYWHERE end up, instead of having to flush them. FORUM RULES STILL APPLY.

- he hasn't signed a confidentially agreement.
- he is the owner of the email contents.
- the sender could at no point rule out that 3rd party gets access to his reply, so had to calculate that risk when writing.
- emails may be admitted in court as proof of something.

sure, the forum can make their own rules, but...

^ Couldn't agree more. It's the reason why I don't post that much anymore.

He is the owner of the email contents, exactly how I see it.

It's ridiculous that forum owners think they can "control" people, deleting parts of posts, and names and then calling their site "censorship free".

I guess they learn it in their own home countries from their own governments.

If you don't believe in freedom then fine, but don't act like your site is "censorship free", when it's not...

I don't think anyone, here or there, is suggesting it's a legal issue.

You're legally allowed to do a lot of things against forum rules, so I have no idea what the point you're getting at is.

It's called a "Private Message" for obvious reasons. Image

The ironic part about this is, if you want to know what the original PM contents were that red dragon posted, you can just PM him, since the messages are private and there is no way to stop it or enforce it.

Or is there?

LoL, "censorship free"? Please show me where we claim it's censorship free.

As far as I'm aware, NOTHING on the internet is "censorship free," so you are making a ridiculous statement.

I happen to know your full name, your employer/business/company/whatever-you-call-it, and probably your picture.

Would you like being posted? (Relax, it's just an example, and I wouldn't do that to you or anyone.) Of course you wouldn't.

And you really don't see why we don't allow the posting of PM's? It's a feature called "Private Messaging," LoL.

Also, we apply the rules here equally on everyone, including ourselves, so it's not like we abuse this.

We wouldn't let anyone post PM's from other members.

If that's really the reason you don't participate on these forums, then I think you have personal issues, for real.

^ To me... It's truly weird that you have to ask.

Anything that anyone says to me, writes to me, tells me on the phone.... is property of me. Regardless of what some dude that owns a website thinks.
