Seriously bad congestion with Smart and cellcard

Post by brisie »

Having a little bit of a cry but lately both companies are so congested unusable slower than dialup internet from 374 years ago.
Only time I get any internet is at 4am 40-50 mbps. Then during the day maybe 20 mbps after 4pm till late is utter shit.
Smart and cellcard out near Sen Sok and it was shit in takhmao too.
Anyone else feeling this too
