Do you eat the local sausages or are you afraid of what's inside ?
Any recommendations on good Cambodian sausages ?

I've had Cambo sausages at Kravanh + Malis, both very decent as asian style sausages, but not a patch on German or even a basic British banger.

I have eaten them now and again, but tend to avoid fare like that due to the lack of hygiene in transport, handling, storage and cooking

They always have too much paprika in them and are too hard. Like a weird chorizo. Not a fan, I'd rather British or German sausage.

I too have had them in the past, but they are not really Cumberland, Lincolnshire. But Cambodians seem to like them.

No thanks. As a Kraut, I have certain standards when it comes to sausages. Years ago, there was a German master butcher in Temple Town. I mourned his leaving more than when my ex bailed...
