Chinese travel notice, Delta variant could keep aviation sector on long haul to recovery
I think this is saying that ALL travellers from Cambodia to China must hotel quarantine on arrival from 11 July.

I misunderstood the article. The quarantine has to be done in Cambodia prior to departure for China.armchairlawyer wrote: ↑Sun Jul 04, 2021 3:09 pm I think this is saying that ALL travellers from Cambodia to China must hotel quarantine on arrival from 11 July.

Maybe the Chinese know something disturbing about the Delta variant and their vaccines?armchairlawyer wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 9:22 amI misunderstood the article. Are you implying their vaccine is ineffective against the Fruity WuBat delta soup?Doc67 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 10:36 amMaybe the Chinese know something disturbing about the Delta variant and their vaccines?armchairlawyer wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 9:22 amI misunderstood the article. 64% is better than the 0% protection rates that the Chinese vaccines are offering, nothing like inoculating half of your population only for cases to rise! Such a shame they wasted their money on a vastly inferior "vaccine"!Chuck Borris wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 11:58 amNot much different with Pfizer.BillDoe wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 11:55 amAre you implying their vaccine is ineffective against the Fruity WuBat delta soup?Doc67 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 10:36 amMaybe the Chinese know something disturbing about the Delta variant and their vaccines?armchairlawyer wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 9:22 amI misunderstood the article. Nonsense. There's no solid data out yet on the efficacy of the Chinese vaccines against Delta. Look up the 'How good are the Chinese vaccines' topic. Certainly won't be 0% tho..BillDoe wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 12:46 pm64% is better than the 0% protection rates that the Chinese vaccines are offering, nothing like inoculating half of your population only for cases to rise! You could have not said it any better then there's no solid data on the vaccines safeguard and its prevention against Covid, and any of the up and coming variant's, only data that has been shown is from other countries that have used and are using the Chinese vaccines, and even so there is incomplete records and disbalances due to talk of corruption, and the understandable overall management of the covid crisis. Lately there has been news of the Chinese returning home with covid positive results (Cambodia being the highest infection rate for returnees). This all said, and from many of the countries where their own vaccines are being used mainly on the populations of those countries, also add with the approval of emergency use by the world health organisation, I wonder if it should have also been on the recommendations that being without, or lack of data all vaccines should be available free of costs until there is data and proof of their efficacy.clutchcargo wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 1:29 pmNonsense. Always "hope" but never "expect".
