Bike Bike Okay?

Post by faynce »

Hi all,

I'm leaving BKK to move to PP and have recently sold my beloved CBR500R, which I used to travel all over Thailand, Malaysia, and Laos. When I get to PP, I was considering buying a similar bike.

My big bike was always safe and unmolested in Thailand. However, I've got concerns about that type of bike being stolen/vandalized, etc. in Cambodia. Is this something I should worry about? Should I skip the big bike in Cambodia, or will a decent insurance policy and a caliper lock/alarm do the trick?

Thanks for the advice!

Don't worry. Just take normal precautions regarding theft.
