Blind Man Victim of Hit and Run While Crossing the Street

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): At 10:10 pm on July 1, 2021,a 31-year-old blind man, known as Chan Sopheap who lived in Khan Mean Chey, was killed in a hit and run traffic accident caused by an unidentified fast-driving Toyota Prius on Street 60 in Sangkat Chak Angre Leu, Khan Mean Chey.

According to the witnesses, the car was seen speeding down the street, then lost control and crashed into the victim who was crossing the street with a white cane, before speeding away from the crime scene. The victim died from severe head injuries after being sent flying into the street by the car. RIP.

So the guy in Prius killed blind man and than run away because he was scared of consequences

According to a few ops on here leaving the scene of an accident isn't an omission of guilt in Cambodia.
