Job offer for a visa

Hellooooooo

Guys probably an old and boring question but I need answers so here we are.

What are people's experiences with getting a letter of employment prior to coming to Cambodia in order to get a visa??

I know a guy that got a job as a sports commentator and it facilitated his move to the country. Is it really that easy? Just get a job offer emailed to you and the visa is yours???

who cares what the "job" is. If you can get the letter and the supporting documents.
