That will be difficult since Americans are from every race on earth.

Nope. The virus reads their passports first before deciding to infect. If the passport says People’s Democratic Republic of China, or the Kingdom of Wonder, then safe. If it reads United States or Republic of China, then go ahead and infect.

This is of course, the completed virus weapon.

Possibly version 2.0 or maybe 5.0.
