The Great Escape: Foreign Man Recaptured After Escaping Quarantine

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On June 20, 2021, an unidentified foreign man was arrested by the Khan BKK police forces after he escaped from a Covid-19 quarantine centre in Khan Beung Keng Kong, Phnom Penh.
As you can see, the man climbed over the gate to escape into the street. The police were notified and a team of officers in protective gear were sent to capture him.

The man will be charged and fined for breaking the quarantine law, after he undergoes testing and another 14 days of quarantine.

Who's going to pay for that? It's pretty expensive to fly from here to any African country, more than twice the price to Europe.
