D.I. Riviera Homeowner's Open Group

Looking for an apartment to rent in Phnom Penh? We have you covered. This is a good starting point for expats who are in the process of moving to Cambodia to live and work. Finding a villa, condo, flat, or borey to stay in when you arrive is probably one of your top priorities. Check out our listings from the community! And if you have a house or apartment for rent, you're welcome to list it here for free. Kampot, Siem Reap, Battambang, Sihanoukville, and other provinces around Cambodia also have places to rent, but you might have better luck finding them on foot after you arrive, as the largest number of listings are in the capital city of Phnom Penh.

Wakey Wakey, BR, you don't have to nightmare anymore.

When the neighboring property announces spending over a BILLION DOLLARS
on a FIVE STAR project, the nightmare for Riviera buyers is over. Just making
that announcement has brought out buyers who can see that the 5,000 dollars
per sq meter next door is going to lift the value of Riviera to the magic 3,300
dollars average where everyone has a good profit and is happy with good dreams.

So said announcement would be the obvious exit opportunity for Riviera investors ?

No. Before there were no offers for unfinished units.
Finished units were offered as low as 1200 per meter. Now
it is more like 2,000 per meter. If the BILLION DOLLAR project
moves ahead, the prices at Riviera move toward 3,300 per meter
and maybe more, depending. So it may be possible to sell now, which
is a big change, and it will be possible to sell for a higher price as the
neighbor project develops.

Hi Everyone, seems like they are selling their units again. I cannot seem to send a PM to anyone here. Would appreciate very much if anyone can very kindly share some advise on investing or staying in Riviera please. I may be viewing some units soon. :please:

Did you try contact that developer? Often that’s the place for buying condos.

1 of their agents is arranging for a viewing this weekend. However I would request and need some advise from any kind person here as to whether to buy any unit there, especially any advise on the pricing. Wonder also if anyone has already moved in. Thanks.
