Cambodia News (Posat province): At 8:30am on June 13, 2021, Phnom Krovanh district police arrested 3 fortune-tellers and dark magic psychics who scammed 2 women of 67,623,800 Riels in Boh Pouy village, Leach commune, Phnom Krovanh district, Posat province.

The victims were Chhorn Sreypich, a 29-year-old woman from Krochmar village, Leach commune, Phnom Krovanh district, and Nam Sreymom, a 29-year-old from Pen village, Leach commune, Phnom Krovanh district who reported to the police that they were scammed and blackmailed on October 20, 2020, at 11:30am by the 3 suspects, Soam Saron, a 72-year-old fortune-teller, Vong Beou, called Beouk, a 31-year-old dark magic psychic (son of the fortune-teller), and Vet Sarorm, the daughter of the fortune-teller.

First, the gang scammed Chhorn Sreypich out of 42,068,800 Riels, which they claimed was the cost of the love spell to attract the woman's husband back. Then they scammed Nam Sreymom out of 25,555,000 Riels after casting a love enchantment to make her ex-boyfriend to come back to her. The two women were made to pay the money by threats and menaces.
The victims were forced to transfer the money through Wing money transfer agent, and if they did not do so, the suspects would curse and cast death spells upon their family members.


The suspects were arrested and detained for further investigation at the Krovanh district police station.

It's tough to feel sorry for these idiots who give their money like that, believing in other idiots.

And where the hell do they get that kind of money to begin with? I thought everyone in Cambodia was poor!??
