Then again, I remember Bangkok in the 1980s when lots of arabs from the oil rich gulf states came to Thailand and partied hard. Acted like kings and had no issues playing around with the girls and drinking like fish. One set of rules for back home and another set of rules out of the country. Double standard in my book.
