Worker Crushed to Death by Runaway Roller

Cambodia News, Kampong Speu: A tragic accident caused a man's death on June 7, 2021 at 10:30am, at the road works site of an expressway at Tuol village, Prich, Trapeang Kong Commune, Samrong Tong District, Kampong Speu Province.

According to the report from the scene, one yellow LIUGONG Roller without license plates, driven by an unidentified driver, crushed a road worker to death. Either the roller brakes or the driver were at fault, causing the death of Muong Samoeun, a 57-year-old man from Chi Mrak village, Takeo province, who was sitting on the road at the time.
The roller drove over the victim, killing him immediately at the scene, while the driver ran away.
