The entertainment industry, you could not really blame the staff of the establishment could you! If they refused to work, they would more than likely find themselves far from home in a foreign country with no job.
What of the owners and the management, organisers of such establishments, they clearly have no respect for the authorities by not keeping to the current laws of the country. They too show no regards to the people of the country, to again follow rules, and help aid in the prevention of the spread of Covid19.
It seems for some, business, money and enjoyment are of priority, even at the expense of this that takes priority over people's health and wellbeing.
What becomes of the owners, organisers of such types of venues when such law's are broken. If they are protected to a degree it will continue to be probmatic, such has they will just risk making money until they are stopped.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
