Revolut?

We use it a lot, what with lots of borders and currency changes. Top up and manage via mart phone App. Near instantaneous notice of transactions to the app.

On the same account?
I had two (MC & Visa) on the same ABA account in the past as well. I stopped renewing one of them because I never used it.
Alternatively, you could just add a second account and have a card for this one as well. Transfers between the two can be managed from the same app.

If it is a larger amount, I'd lean towards splitting it between different banks for diversification against the sort of problem another poster had with his British bank when they "needed to protect his account from himself."

^^ yeah, to clarify my earlier post, both my Mastercard debit and the standard ATM card with Union Pay both worked on the one account. I think the latter might have expired (who knows, it's stashed in my safe).

Anyway easier to have two cards for one account than bother opening anther one.

Yes it's easier.

Two reasons why a second account (even with the same bank if that's all that's available) might still be a good idea:

Emergency fund (e.g, medical, ticket home, etc.).
Fraud protection. If you lose the card to one account or a site where you have been using the card (or one of the virtual cards) gets hacked, the second account is still off limits.
Accessible only via an emergency ATM card and your app.
Ideally don't use/create any cards connected to this second account for online shopping.

Really happy with it.
The app is great and very user friendly
You can have multiple accounts in different currencies including crypto
No commision and minimal spread exchanging currencies
You can create virtual cards
It's basically free!
I once lost phisical card in Albania and new one was delivered in less than 48 hours
Love it and highly reccomend it
Only caveat is you cannot be officialy resident in KH
Ciao
