Cambodia News, (Phnom Penh): A Chinese man was reportedly hacked to death at the Bali Condo 5 on the night of May 4, 2021 in front of Room 10A, 10th Floor, Cheka Street, Group 78, Village 14, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.
The victim was nicknamed Xiao Xiao (official name yet to be confirmed), male, Chinese, about 40 years old, living in Bali Condo 5, Room 23B, 23rd Floor, Cheka Street, Group 78, Village 14, Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chamkarmon, Phnom Penh.


Prior to the incident, security cameras at the scene on May 4, 2021, at 11:34 pm, filmed the victim running from the 10th floor stairs in Bali 5 condominium, pursued by an unidentified suspect with a knife in his right hand. The suspect pushed the victim against the wall and stabbed him several times. The victim, who was bleeding profusely, then tried to walk two to three steps before he fell down dead.

The suspect ran down the elevator to the ground floor and escaped from Bali 5 condominium. The authorities have launched a manhunt for the suspect.
