Another mass shooting in the US

"Australia demands China apologize for posting 'repugnant' fake image" posted by Brody.

"China deals latest brutal blow in trade spat with Australia" posted by Brody.

"'We will be the enemy': China issues stunning threat to Australia" posted by Brody.

"Australian government staff 'filmed sexual encounters in parliament and brought in sex workers for MPs'" posted by Brody.

"An Australian student denounced his university's ties to China. Then he became a target" posted by Brody.

Very odd indeed. :facepalm:
China and it's encroaching policy effects us all globally.

How do shooting crimes in America effect you?

The sex crimes of Aussie parliamentarians was just something I thought was cheeky........sorry.

american 'thought', and indeed, policy, has influenced the world for 70 years
there's very much to admire
and i think it's quite important to understand where it comes from, what drives it

unfortunately it seems that china have deliberately copied some the worst aspects;
intense national pride, brutal competitiveness, celebration of aggression, etc

.

monstra mihi bona!

Just my opinion. Cheers.
Well, your opinion is misguided.

China is a geo-political threat to America and it's allies. So it's worthy of discussion between a multinational forum audience.

Some mass shooting in a Fedex in Indianapolis is not.

It would be one thing if negative multinational news was shared across the board but it's not.

Negative US news mocked and derided here. You guys wallow in it like sows in heat. And it's a country you have no connection to.

Just weird.

Well, alrighty I'm bored.

I'll leave you strange bunch of tossers to pontificate and navel-gaze about a country that you have little to no connection to.

Maybe I should look at it as some sort of backhanded admiration.......because I sure as hell have no fucks to give about any of your shitty countries and the horrific crimes and tragedies that are no doubt befalling them as I type.

Have fun, weirdos. :thumb:

HAZEL GREEN, Ala. — One person was killed in a shooting at the Papa John's Pizza located 12793 Highway 231 in Hazel Green on Wednesday night, the Madison County Sheriff's Office said.

The sheriff's office said two employees at the store got into an altercation that resulted in one of them being shot and killed

The pimply faced suicidal cretin who under normal circumstances would be squashed like a bug, instead, in my country, is able to get his stunted little fingers on an AR 15, the GREAT EQUALIZER!!

Then, instead of a sad, sorry, private little suicide like hanging himself inside his closet, he’s able to go out in a blaze of “make my day” glory and take others with him. His final moment of recognition!! Bet he had a hard on just thinking about it.

Fuck Wayne Pierre. I hope he does some serious time and finds himself getting fucked up the ass by one of his banged up skin headed monsters.

Seriously, with the history of firearms in the US along with the deep politicization of the 2nd amendment this topic is hard to touch without getting into trouble. From our more objective perspectives here it seems imminent that rational gun reform legislation would occur very soon. Any moron can see that it is needed, nobody needs an AR 15 to protect themselves goes that song. The abundance of these firearms in the States would require broad and sweeping (literally)crackdowns for years should America somehow shift towards sensibility and removal of arms such as these.
For the new Biden administration to move for large reforms now would be politically dangerous regardless of how reasonable those proposals were. This is where having 50 states is foolish, a stupid continuance of a plan that is not effective anymore i.e. some states can simply vote against and challenge the Federal Gov't- wasting billions in resources so some dipshit puny red state can challenge the grown up states.
Carrying a firearm in the US may be the only thing that many Americans can do to provide themselves a chance in a tragedy such as this one in Indianapolis. Of course folks cannot carry at work in most cases and people that want to carry need to digest what carrying means and practice for it regularly. {Note: I don't need any stats on folks who carry arms and I promise I will have ice water in my veins should I have the opportunity to pull and shoot on a guy like Mr. Hole}

I agree with the sentiments of one of our Just contributors here, gentle readers, if you aren't American and lack any connection to the place it is creepy for you to voice your hyper critical thoughts on the US continually. But creep away anyway fucking weirdos, no one that matters gives a fuck what you think if you lack gravitas.

Note: I don't need to read the 2nd Amendment or SCOTUS decisions, and doing away with duplicity in everything in the US is an excellent idea and does not to be challenged, no one knows more about this than me, I am right. Accept that now. Reduce 50 states to 6- 9 new ones. Rezone and re think the electoral college, sure they ll be blood but such is life. I am so f'g tired of a state with less than 600,000 people getting 2 senators just like its the same thing as NY or California, its not! Get rid of all the bullshit hyper municipality this and that, each little fucking hamlet does not need millions in dollars of fire trucks, same for cop shops, and every fresh suburban township does not need their own $130,000,000 town hall. Assign rigorous labor intensive penalties to criminal nay sayers and Americans that have criminal problems with the idea that all governments are inherently socialistic. Reduce, simplify and focus on the important matters now and the ones that are coming.
