I heard of someone who was very satisfied with his treatment for a broken arm at Khema Clinic, st 528.

Just looking at some old stuff, orthopaedic surgeon Professor Ou Cheng Ngiep at Chenda Polyclinic did some work on family members a few years back.
Nice guy, good results.
