Well, yong you know me and my love of curries. I must say your dish looks so well balanced, to my tastes that chicken and potato dish looks so yummy. Thank you for shearing such a delightful dish. Congratulations on crossing 400,000 views, you deserve an award

Re: Land of Smiles
Thank you for the compliment my friend. Happy Songkran.
Re: Land of Smiles
Overnight curries are always the best. So first thing in the morning today this is my breakfast
Re: Land of Smiles
Firstly, you are most welcome for the complement.
Now on to the curry, I too agree with you that the curry can be at it's best in the morning. I would say because the dish has had it's benefit to sit with those spices, allowing once again to marinade, flavours of such a dish are certainly infused to give taste throughout the meal. What are your thoughts on reheating the dish, some say you should not? I actually do both, hot or cold, depending on, how I Wish to eat.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
Re: Land of Smiles
It is better for curries to be eaten hot, tastes nicer and easier for the stomach. However do not over heat it. When you noticed it started to boil stop the heat to prevent coconut from breaking from the curry. This is my practice.
