A Unique & Interesting Temple

Have questions or resources regarding Khmer Culture? This forum is all about the Kingdom of Cambodia's culture. Khmer language, Cambodian weddings, French influence, Cambodian architecture, Cambodian politics, Khmer customs, etc? This is the place. Living in Cambodia can cause you to experience a whole new level of culture shock, so feel free to talk about all things related to the Khmer people, and their traditions. And if you want something in Khmer script translated into English, you will probably find what you need.

A Unique & Interesting Temple

Post by MrB »

A larger forgotten temple with a bigger than most graveyard, packs of dogs & the delight of seeing a statue in a temple, a very rare sight indeed.

Another super day out as is an easy one to reach.

Fantastic shot when you are complaining about the nasty & noisy dogs and on cue one comes around the corner barking! Did you have someone poking it with a stick to line up with the script?

It's funny coz the dog looks around the corner says to himself: 'Oh, it's ony that Mr B dude' then does a retreat and the barking stops.. :good:

The person holding the baton is the leader or captain. They are used to discipline but mostly to show who the leader is
