I often stop in here as a precursor to a night out, and thoroughly recommend the place. A big open bar with great staff, and it's not a girlie bar. A very eclectic mix of regulars from all shades of Phnom Penh expat life.

Great drinks too. Generously strong doubles for $1.50 including free mixers.

I popped in last night and it was bedlam as the owner was having a birthday party : free drinks and food all night.

I agree. Cheap drinks, nice bar and you can sit by the pool. If you are lucky one night you might see a nicely dressed gentleman that comes for a swim - fully dressed

If you're unlucky some nights you might see one of the resident loony patrons - a terribly unrealistic transvestite from somewhere in Europe complete in full drag garb, arguing with her fifty something New Yorker boyfriend.

Yeah, $1 Bacardi and Cokes that are stronger than many places that charge $3!

Stayed there for 3 weeks a couple of years ago. Weird experience, knock on my door one afternoon and an attractive girl breezes into the room and sits on the bed. Slightly stunned I ask her what she's doing and she looks at me and says " oh you're not Mike sorry " and walks out. My mojo just ain't what is used to be.
Yes sir, I can boogie, I can boogie, boogie, boogie all night long.

Jeez. Couldn't you have at least pretended to be Mike?

They sometimes buy oysters at the market and bring them in too.
The larger rooms are good.
I will be stopping there for a few nights in June.
