I totally misunderstood, as though they were licensed to travel to and fro but were stopped for some other reason. Makes much more sense and I should have inferred that.Jamie_Lambo wrote: ↑Fri Mar 12, 2021 11:24 amit is, thats why they would have been stoppedKTabi wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 8:34 pmI thought Sville was on lockdown in and out essentially?CEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Thu Mar 11, 2021 6:36 pm On another thread, a taxi carrying Chinese nationals from Sihanoukville was stopped by police in Phnom Penh last night. It's even worse. A positive PCR test (of 37+ cycles) doesn't mean you are infected with covid. It just means that they found a particle in yr nose.Jamie_Lambo wrote:the amount of my cambodian friends that believe 1125 people have covid now right now is shocking, they dont seem to understand that thats the total figure for people that have caught covid over the past 1 year, total, not current numbersCEOCambodiaNews wrote: ↑Fri Mar 12, 2021 10:59 am COVID-19: More Locally-transmitted Cases Reported; Tally 1,125

If they would do less cycles (less than 30) you would be able to find people infected with covid that are possibly capable of transmitting it to other people.
