UXOs and Arms Handed Over to Poipet Authorities

Cambodia News, (Banteay Meanchey Province): On March 9, 2021, the police of Sangkat Nimit, Poipet City, handed over a total of 14 unexploded ordnance to the Cambodian Mine Actrion Centre (CMAC) to be destroyed.
According to the local police, the 14 unexploded ordnance (UXO) handed over to the CMAC were found at three locations:

1/ Reaksmey Samaki village chief, where grenades came from exploding fish in the pond
2/ At the Sangkat Nimit administrative post branch, where some 80 mm bullets were handed over by villagers

3/ In a third case, a 56-year-old man named Roeun Rath, living in Khleng Por Cheung village, Slor Kram commune, Svay Chek district, Banteay Meanchey province, went to work on a plantation at O'Keab forest (located in the commune), passed through a stream, and found a broken AK rifle there so he handed it over to the Slor Kram commune administrative post for safekeeping.

I always wondered where they came from. Those exploding fish are right bastards.
