Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): A man took a K59 gun and drove a motorbike to rob a Wing shop, at 4:38 pm, on February 26, 2021, on-street 217, Sangkat Stueng Meanchey, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh. The victim was identified as Beng Sokchomroeun.

The shop owner didn't lock the door, so the suspect entered and pointed the gun at the victim and collected the money to put in his bag. Suddenly, the victim fought back against the thief and tried to snatch the gun from him.
When the suspect ran away to escape, the Wing shop owner chased the suspect, and then the suspect threw the bag away and fled the scene.
The suspect left evidence such as a K59 gun, a Honda Scoopy, and a bag with the victim's money. The police went to the scene to question the victim and to search for the suspect.
