USS Ronald Reagan?
I'm building a model of the Enterprise at the moment, putting on some more decking decals tonight.
Hard to see the CVN number........I zoomed in a bit and I think it's CVN 70 which would make it the Carl Vinson..........if it's 76 then yes it would be the Ronnie Ray-gun.

I've added a hanger deck & lighting system to this one, then i will start doing 1/72 scale planes/helicopters to display with her.

I was an aircraft model building fiend back in the day......I've got to get back into it again.
I was also a model building fiend back in the day......built these two out of wood (Titanic & Scottish maid), now I just stick with plastics, much easier
I know what you're saying; hard to pick up the tools but when you do it's harder to put them down & i have so many other things i need to do
