Cambodia News, Kandal: On February 7, 2021 at 18:00, there was a case of intentional damage to the victim's house in Village 3, Sangkat Svay Rolum, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, when a man attacked his brother's house with a steel rake.
Victim (Brother) Name: Kim Toun, Male, 57 years old, Occupation: Farmer, Residence: Village No. 3, Sangkat Svay Rolum, Takhmao City, Kandal Province.
Suspect (younger) name: Kim Kongkea, male, 42 years old, address: Village 3, Sangkat Svay Rolum, Takhmao City, Kandal Province, Uncertain Occupation (Detained).


At the time of the incident, while the victim was in his home with his family, he saw the suspect, his younger brother who lived in a separate house and was a drug addict, approaching his house and waving a 1.5m steel rake. The victim and his family ran to hide in the house of another brother next door, because in the past, the younger brother had used violence against the victim.

So, instead, the suspect smashed the glass door of the victim's house with the rake, causing two pieces to break. The victim reported to the authorities, who came to intervene and arrest the suspect, sending him to the Takhmao City Police Inspectorate for questioning.
