The Chinese are considered to be making their mark in investment on both sides of the coin, this being that of the wrong thing to be doing altogether, but more so in a country that the government is opened its arms to a nation of new investors to better it's wellbeing of its own population and structure.
But the ones who have the money will always see the potential in any avenue where they can or will one day take control.
Always "hope" but never "expect".
