I wonder if the fact there is availability so close to the high season of Jan-Feb might point to a lack of bookings from the Russian market. Their currency has been pummelled this year and I'm watching with interest to see if it has a notable impact on their tourist numbers this year.

Maybe, but it was probably a mistake rate and taken down quickly. The rate wasn't available on any other site.
