Definitely one of the more tasteful and better designed refurbishments out there. Gas hob shoe-horned into the corner is a bit weird, and too close to the fridge, but nothing that can't be put right in the future.

What a shame it is on the 4th floor. If it was on the second it would be so much better.

No balcony is a downside, but there is a spare bedroom to turn into a laundry drying room. No washing machine either, unless I missed it.

I am looking forward to lease renewal time, I am going property hunting...

there's washing machine room , i missed shoot vid , there is door next to water cooler machine .
