In Phnom Penh, there are a wide variety of restaurants authentically cool and sell food from their country of origin.
Chinese Noodle on Monivong. Boiled/Fried Dumplings and Fried Noodles w/ meat $3.50.
Warung Bali on the riverside with inexpensive variety of Indonesian food.
Teurk Chak (spelling maybe incorrect) on Pasteur (st.51) attached to Sokimex station. Great Khmer food.
Latin specialities are now popular over at Gasolina near BKK market.
