In the People’s Republic of China, there is no choice. For the rest of the world, there is choice. It’s human nature to get the best available.

On the other front, the WHO president was berating ‘the rich’ countries for ‘hoarding’ vaccine and immunizing their populations, instead of sending doses to the ‘poor’ countries, so the poorest of the poor in these countries will be immunized by the leaders of those countries.

Of course said leaders would only be using donated vaccine to immunize their poorest of the poor instead of themselves and their buddies.
