Road Rager, Claiming to be Military, Threatens Accident Victim with Loaded Pistol
Cambodia News, Phnom Penh: This incident caused a surprise around Central Market in Sangkat Phsar Thmei 1, Khan Daun Penh on January 10, 2021, when a man who said he is Deputy Director of Phnom Chum Reay Training Center pulled out a gun and threatened a young man after crashing into his motorbike and causing an accident.

The driver of the car then pulled out a gun and shouted, "What do you want?" and the victim raised his hand and asked him not to shoot. Those who saw the incident ran to help the victim, who fell off the motorcycle with a broken bone, and he was rushed to a hospital.
After that, the perpetrator continued to show his gun in front of the police, so the police asked him to remove it, and the perpetrator unloaded the gun, but he appeared to be drunk and was shouting that he was a military police officer and the deputy director of the Phnom Chumray Training Center.

Military officers don't generally use National Police VIP stickers.
Silence, exile, and cunning.

Khmer sure do love their 'VIP' placards.
They don't really differentiate much seeing as how 90% of all cars here seem to have one, of one type or another.
The shorter list would be those who don't have a VIP placard.
