Officer Collapsed and Died on Phnom Penh Street
Cambodia Breaking News (Phnom Penh): On January 13, 2021, there was a report of a man aged about 47-year-old, a 4-star military officer, who got out of his car, plate RCAF 2-7258, and went to sit on a chair, when suddenly, he collapsed and died immediately in Khan Chamarmorn, Phnom Penh.
The police took the body to Stueng Meanchey pagoda in order to conduct a post mortem examination. Media are waiting for full confirmation and further details of the case.

The deceased was named as Ou Bunseng, a 47 year old Khmer man. After examination, Dr. Nong Sovanroth, Phnom Penh's autopsist said that the above case died from diabetes.
The body has been given to the family in Prek Talong village, Sangkat Chek Angrekorom, Khan Meanchey, Phnom Penh, to conduct the traditional funeral rites. RIP.
