Phnom Penh Phone Shop Burglary Caught on CCTV
Phnom Penh, Cambodia News: On April 10, 2019, a burglar stole 150 phones and US$30,000 at Khmer Angkor phone shop, on national road 4, Sangkat Chom Chao, Khan Porchanchey, Phnom Penh.
The shop owner had captured the burglary on CCTV, so he took the film to the police, who are now trying to capture the burglar and lock him up.

150 phones at, lets say conservatively, an average of $250, so that's $37500 plus $30,000 cash = quite a nice score.
With that kind of value on site you'd think they would have an alarm system or maybe a security guard there at night. Or at least a decent safe for the cash.
Can you buy insurance for this kind of risk here? If so, maybe they have discovered insurance fraud. $30k in cash is a bit suspicious in itself...
I notice the burglar isn't wearing gloves. Hasn't he heard of fingerprints?
