Chinese Driver Hits and Runs in Phnom Penh

Cambodia News (Phnom Penh): On January 8, 2021, at 02:45 am, on North Bridge road, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh, a Chinese man drove a car at high speed and hit another car. The Chinese man driver tried to escape, but he smashed into a sign and overturned his car.

Before the incident, a Chinese man was driving a CRV car, plate PP2AD-0027, on North Bridge road from north to south at high speed when his car hit another, and he tried to drive away, but he then smashed into a sign and overturned. The car driver ran away to escape.

I sometimes wonder whether it's the new found freedoms they find here compared to the Orwellian state they come from that makes them behave like this here.
