Cambodian Village Sustained by TRON Cryptocurrency (The Bankroll Village Project)

That's the plan, at least. Expat Mitch in Siem Reap has been helping a Cambodian village outside of the city to be 100% self-sufficient by making enough money from the cryptocurrency TRON. It's being funded by Mammoth Corporation to get them up and running. They mention that they will make money from the 'dividends,' but they might have to be trade cryptocurrencies to make enough money to support a whole village.

It's being run by Mitch and a Cambodian woman who goes by the name 'Lil Cryptita,' and they made some videos explaining the project a bit more:

This explains the Bankroll network a bit, and Tron (TRX) as well.

If you are interested in following the developments, you can follow Lil Crytita here on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Medium.

I think lil cryptita has some sex appeal. Especially coffee in the bra top.

But I don’t know, is throwing toys and food at this village the right thing to do? Still have no idea how the cryptocurrency is going to pay for this.

Well I guess you can make it work in a little village that you control with your crypto fortune. Even my leftover bitcoins that I bought for a few hundred dollars back in the day would go a long way in the countryside. But it looks more like a hobby to me than like a scalable recipe for development.
