This is where our community discusses almost anything! While we're mainly a Cambodia expat discussion forum and talk about expat life here, we debate about almost everything. Even if you're a tourist passing through Southeast Asia and want to connect with expatriates living and working in Cambodia, this is the first section of our site that you should check out. Perhaps, but there will be a 15% transfer fee added on... ;-)

I am looking at coming up with "perks" that can be "bought" with them. Like being able to make a sticky thread, etc.

Sihanoukville section sounds good as its a tourist haven, people from PP flock to Snooky on the weekend/holiday, its starting to be popular with other than backpackers/Russian Mafia/money-laundry-mafia due to the new charter flights, when (soon I hope) scheduled flights start to Snooky information about the place is going to be valuable, its islands are going to be even more popular world wide soon (see: Interstate Hotels and Resorts), and it probably got more expats and non-Cambos per capita than any other place in Cambodia (not counting the two/three day transients that stream through Angkor Wat and then are gone or the expats associated with the two/three day transients.)
