I am having ACL problems in my right knee. Twisting on the cross, I guess. Starting squats last year added a lot of pressure. Being 48 doesn't help, either.

Still, fun as hell.

There's boxing above a moto parking place on Street 17. I don't know what type but maybe Jamie knows.

Yep look for a boxing class old knees and hips don't need the stress or you can aim to kick lower leave the head kicks to the young guns, it's only exercise after all., good on ya for doing some training, at nearly 60 getting a beer from the fridge is enough, except I don't like looking in the mirror, I should do more.
