one needs to look at where they got the idea that doing this was accepted behavior.

The victim was identified as C**** V******, 5 years old.

Before the incident, the victim went for a walk outside on the street while her mother was at home, and she met 3 teenage girls. The 3 girls caught her to tie her up and put tape over her mouth. They pushed the victim's head to smell the garbage, and they threatened her that if she screams, they will take her for sale. The victim was scared, so she didn't scream. After that, the three girls walked away. The victim hopped back to her home, crying, with one leg and an arm tied up.
My gosh yeah, I would also be scared and not dare to scream if someone threatened to take me for sale!
